  • Client intake data — information submitted by your clients through intake forms (names, contact details, case descriptions).
  • Booking data — name, email, and selected time slot when scheduling a consultation.

How We Use Your Data

  • Prepare draft engagement letters on your behalf.
  • Send automated follow-up emails to your clients.
  • Process and confirm consultation bookings.
  • Improve and maintain the DocketReply service.
  • Communicate with you about your account and service updates.

Draft Processing

Client intake submissions are processed to generate draft engagement letters. These drafts are sent to the attorney for review — they are never sent to clients without attorney approval. We do not use your client data for unrelated model training.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, and draft processing) solely to operate the service. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
