1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password (hashed), and firm details you provide at signup.
- Intake submissions — information your end-clients submit through forms you publish using DocketReply.
- Mailbox tokens — encrypted OAuth or SMTP credentials so we can send replies on your behalf.
- Usage data — IP, browser, pages visited, timestamps for security and product improvement.
2. How we use it
To deliver the service, generate AI drafts, send replies from your mailbox, send platform-required emails, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer content to train AI models.
3. Sharing
With sub-processors listed at /security/sub-processors. With law enforcement only on receipt of a valid legal request.
4. Retention
We retain account data for the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Intake submissions are retained until you delete them or your account. Audit logs are retained for 7 years for compliance reasons.
5. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing legal@docketreply.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
