Cancellations
Cancel any time in Billing. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current period; we do not pro-rate.
Refund requests
We don't advertise a blanket money-back guarantee, but we're a small team and we'd rather you be happy than stuck. If something went wrong in your first 30 days — a feature didn't work, the product wasn't what you expected — email support@docketreply.comwithin 30 days of your first paid charge and tell us why. We'll review it case-by-case.
Done-For-You Setup
The $497 Done-For-You Setup add-on is non-refundable once work has started.
Disputes
If something doesn't look right on your invoice, email support@docketreply.com before opening a chargeback. We resolve refund requests within two business days.
