1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your firm. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
DocketReply captures intake submissions, generates AI-drafted replies, and sends them through your connected mailbox. You are responsible for what you send. AI output is a draft, not legal advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited commercial email, to violate any law, to claim attorney-client relationships that don't exist, or to make outcome promises in jurisdictions where prohibited.
4. Subscription & billing
Plans renew automatically. Cancel any time in billing. Pro-rata refunds are not provided except where required by law. See /refund for our refund-request process.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is deleted within 30 days.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Liability cap
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Venue for any dispute lies in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
