Agreement

By accessing or using DocketReply (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Goldenrock LLC, located at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

DocketReply provides a client intake and drafting service for solo law firms. The Service includes custom intake forms, prepared engagement letter drafts, and scheduled follow-up emails. All generated content is a draft for attorney review and does not constitute legal advice.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated documents before sending them to clients.
• You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with applicable legal and ethical obligations, including bar rules.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of firm details and intake form configurations provided during setup.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Generated engagement letters are drafts only. They are not reviewed byGoldenrock LLC and do not constitute legal advice, legal documents, or attorney work product until reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney. We make no warranty regarding the legal sufficiency of any generated content.

Pricing & Payment

• One-time setup fee — due upon engagement. Covers form design, drafting configuration, email automation, and launch support.
• Monthly maintenance — billed monthly, cancel anytime with no penalties. Covers platform updates, monitoring, and priority support.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

The DocketReply platform, code, design, and service models are the property of Goldenrock LLC. Your firm data, client data, and customised templates remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenrock LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly maintenance plan at any time. Upon termination, your intake form and existing automations remain active through the end of the paid billing period. The one-time setup deliverables are yours to keep.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, United States.
